If you plan to book a Guest Room at The Mansion at Glen Cove, please be aware of the following details: • We have reserved a block of rooms under the name, “Natalie Collins and Peter Soukup Wedding Room Block” • The cut-off date for booking a reservation with the Room Block is Tuesday, August 5, 2025 • There are two newly renovated accommodation types available, (A) Luxury King Guest Room for $240 + tax per night and (B) Premium King Guest Room for $220 + tax per night • To book a reservation online, please visit the web link below by clicking the VIEW tab. The date of our Wedding is Friday, September 5, 2025 and the Room Block Codes are: COLSOU-LUXK for Luxury King Guest Room and COLSOU-PRMK for Premium King Guest Room • You can also call (646) 518-8771 to make a reservation by choosing your room type and request "the group rate for the Natalie Collins and Peter Soukup Wedding Room Block." If you plan on staying multiple nights or if all online allocated rooms for your room type choice are reserved, please use this method to book your room • Check In Time is 4:00 PM and Check Out Time is 12:00 PM • On the evening of our Wedding, a Complimentary Shuttle will be making multiple runs back and forth between the Hotel and Wedding Venue for your convenience

AirTrain Accessible!! TO HOTEL AirTrain: Follow the GREEN AirTrain signs at John F Kennedy Airport to get to the AirTrain. Take the AirTrain from John F Kennedy Airport to Jamaica Station. Jamaica Station bound trains are listed in RED on the arrival/departure boards by the tracks. Make sure before boarding, that the AirTrain is Jamaica Station bound. When you get off the AirTrain at Jamaica Station, you have to go through the barriers (either tap a credit card, use your cellular device if credit card is programmed to device, or use a MetroCard which can be bought on site at one of ticket machines to pay barrier entrance fee). Follow the path and head left to the Long Island Rail Road area. There are signs guiding you. You'll pass through another set of doors to the Long Island Rail Road area and you're there. You'll see arrival/departure boards and stairs going down to the tracks below. Purchase a ticket from Jamaica Station to Glen Cove Station at one of the ticket machines on-site or using the MTA TrainTime application on your cellular device. Verify on arrival/departure board, which track is an Oyster Bay Branch bound train. Transfer onto the Long Island Rail Road Oyster Bay Branch and take it to Glen Cove Station.
