Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us!

Lauren Hicks

Maid of Honor

My sister. My built-in best friend always and forever. I'm extremely lucky that I got to grow up with someone as wonderful as Lauren. If we hadn't been born sisters, I'm convinced we would've found each other and become friends anyway.

Patrick Beck

Best Man

My family moved next door to Pat's when he was 3 and I was 4, and I haven't managed to shake the guy since. Our friendship has spanned decades and continents. From playing pretend in our back yards to working together on the smash box office hit "Sherlock Gnomes" we've basically been inseparable. Has Pat caused me more than a few headaches in my life? Yes. Is he still the best, most loyal friend a guy can ask for? We'll see how good his Best Man speech is.

Meghan O'Dell

Bridesmaid

Meghan is one of my best friends of all time and also happens to be married to my brother. She's kind and fun and would do anything for a friend. She's an expert planner which made traveling to Ireland together a dream for me! Very grateful to have her as my sister.

Dr. Matthew "Nails" Hatkoff

Best Man

He's a man of many mysteries. A brilliant mind. Impeccably dresssed. The voice of an angel. Matt is one of my oldest and dearest friends who I've made a point to keep close throughout my life, not only because he is dependable, supportive and kind, but because when he's by my side the guys will make fun of him instead of me. 10/10 get yourself a Koff.

Blair Wisenbaker

Bridesmaid

Blair and I met when we both moved into the same apartment building in Los Angeles in 2007. My favorite memories of my twenties all involve Blair. From countless late nights at R Bar in Koreatown (Blair is a master karaoke singer) to road trips to Hearst Castle, she's always down for a good time and always a supportive, loving friend.

Kevin McCarthy

Groomsman

My friendship with Kev is like a Charleston Chew: a lot longer than it needs to be, but still enjoyable. It's hard to describe Kevin McCarthy without saying something extremely inappropriate for a wedding website, so I'll just say this: nobody has made me laugh harder in my life than Kev. Those laughs were at times much needed and have come consistently over the past 30 years (...jesus) of our friendship. Catch him on the dance floor when the old school Madonna comes on. Go Braves!

Stacy Dupee

Bridesmaid

Stacy and I bonded over our love of Jenny Lewis and all things music and fun. We've been to too many shows to count and it's always a party with Stacy. She's fun, smart, loves to travel and made my first trip out of the U.S. one to remember. So many amazing times with this girl!

Jason Juran

Groomsman

Jay is the type of friend who, despite living in distant parts of the country from me for the past 18 years or so, I'm always half-expecting to walk around a corner any minute and surprise me. Immediately followed by days (and late late nights) of debauchery. Which is to say, the best kind of friend. Our friendship began in 7th grade when Jay would threaten me with punches below the belt if I didn't give him my math homework to copy. Jay is now a lawyer.

Jennifer Brisick

Bridesmaid

Jen and I met at work only a few years ago but I feel like we've known each other forever. That instant connection grew into a friendship that I'm so grateful for. Working through the pandemic together we bonded even more. I would sometimes linger at her place after dropping off documents and just talking to Jen felt like I was at a party! She's my friend, spiritual advisor and just super fun to hang with.

Jorge Gonzalez III

Groomsman

Proof that good things come in small packages, this Puerto Rican King has been a ride or die from high school, to UConn, all the way through this long strange trip in California. Jorge is a faithful friend I can always rely on to lend an ear, bounce ideas off, share some food with (that's value!), or pretty much just get real weird with. If you see him at the wedding, greet him with a good "Bark bark, doggie!" and you'll become fast friends.

Erica Wallengren

Bridesmaid

Erica is my cousin and she once told me that the day I was born she was mad because she wanted to be the only girl cousin lol. Thankfully, she got over that fast and became less like a cousin and more like the big sister I always wanted. We grew up together and I remember feeling so cool when she started inviting me up to LA to hang out with her and her friends. We've been through a lot and I love her more than ever because of her kind heart, creative energy and sense of humor. Also she's a style queen!

Joe Sabia

Groomsman

I'm ashamed to say that in 7th grade I stole Joe's online girlfriend and she and I got "married" in an AOL chat room soonafter. I thought our friendship would never recover. And it never has. But seriously, Joe, more than anyone I know, makes a point of staying in touch with and being there for the people he cares about. He's helped me a lot over the years and I just want to say that after I say "I do" to Natalie, KimmyCakes is all yours once more, Joe. There. We're square!

Michelle Wallengren

Bridesmaid

Michelle is my cousin and as of last year my neighbor! She was the cutest, funniest little girl and has grown up to become a successful, hard-working young woman. She's a total sweetheart and it's been so fun living next to each other. I lucked out when it comes to cousins :)

Matthew Pollock

Groomsman

We won a baseball championship, we made a public access TV show, we slaved over the edit of a feature length film, and that was all before we graduated high school. Since then we've been on road trips, we've made a pilot, we've been on Chain Crawls, and endured a disgruntled James Franco together--we even got engaged within hours of each other on the same exact day. Known affectionately amongst the group as "Eeyore" we're hoping for some rare Pollock smiles on our Big Day!

Stacey Simeone

Bridesmaid

Stacey is my soon-to-be sister! We met the first time I went to Connecticut with Paul and I loved her immediately. She's one of the kindest people I've ever met and amazing mother to our little nephew, Leo! I'm so grateful to be gaining a sister like her when I get married as she's already such a dear friend.

David Futernick

Groomsman

Television's David Futernick is the only groomsmen I met after 1996 who isn't married to my sister. In 2008, Pat, Jorge, and I cast him in a pilot we wrote and produced, and before I knew it he was crashing on our couch in Burbank for a multitude of months. It's crazy to think that that schlub on our pleather sectional has become as close a friend as any of the groomsmen I grew up with in Milford. I just wish he was funny.

Yoichiro Aoki

Bridesman

Yo and I met while working at a visual effects company in Hollywood. We seemed to be kindred spirits and became fast friends. Yo is one of the most talented and hardworking people I know and despite his success has stayed the same kind-hearted soul who loves his friends and finds joy in almost any situation. I'm very proud to call him my friend.

Jeff Simeone

Groomsman

I could have easily ended up with a brother-in-law I had to pretend to like, right? But from the moment Stacey introduced us I knew Jeff was one of the most immediately likable, genuine guys I've had the pleasure of meeting. He fit right into our family with ease (which some would say is no small feat with Big Paul & Deb!). He makes my sister happy, which means the world to me. And he gave me the absolute coolest nephew in the universe. Jeff is the brother I never had, but perhaps most importantly: he's just a great dude to share an abeetz with.

Lola Duffy

Flower Girl

Sweet Lola is the daughter of two of my dearest friends in the world, Craig and 'Becca'lise. Craig, Becca and I met while attending Orange County High School of the Arts in Santa Ana over 20 years ago. They are two of the best people I've ever known and being part of each others lives all these years means the world to me. Watching them become a family with Lola has been amazing. She's beautiful, funny and because of her parents she has a love of movies and music that rivals some adults!

Joni Wall

Flower Girl

There is something very special about Joni. I started babysitting her last year and I can't believe how much I love spending time with this toddler! In March, I went to Berlin with Joni and her incredible parents, Krissy and Matt, and it was one of the best trips of my life. Dealing with the cold weather and hanging out in weird German parks really bonded Joni and I. We had a blast and even though she's only two years old, she's a great travel companion, conversationalist and comedian. I love this little girl to the moon and back.

Tommy Hicks

Ring Bearer

The amazing Tommy Hicks! My first nephew and one of the coolest kids around. He's a rockstar drummer and awesome artist. He's also the best big brother to his baby sister, Antoinette. Tommy has a sophisticated sense of humor and the biggest heart. Always making me laugh and blowing me away with his artistic talents, I'm so proud of this kid and being his aunt is one of the best parts of my life. Very grateful that he's going to be part of our special day.

Leo Simeone

Ring Bearer

Leo is the smartest, funniest, sweetest nephew anyone could ask for. Not sure exactly what Stacey and Jeff have been feeding the little guy, but he's quickly approaching his Uncle Paul in height and intelligence, and has already surpassed him in coolness and comedic timing. We can't wait to have him with us on our special day!

Taryn Hutt

Officiant

Taryn and Natalie have been friends since they started a No Doubt fan club in high school. Many years later, Taryn helped Natalie create an OKCupid profile, even though Natalie wasn't exactly thrilled to try online dating. But that profile led to Natalie and Paul meeting and the rest is history! She has been a friend to Natalie for over 20 years, and a friend to Paul since he gave her a ride home after Natalie's 30th birthday party (just the 3rd time Paul and Natalie ever hung out). It makes sense then that, as Taryn was behind the scenes of the bride and groom first meeting, she should be the one to be front and center in officially joining Paul and Natalie in marriage!
