Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, in the interest of venue capacity and adult-style celebration, we are kindly requesting to celebrate with us for one night without children accompaniment.

What time shall guests arrive?

Answer

As Stratus is open to the public daily, they require set up time for our wedding. Therefore, we kindly ask all of our guests to arrive no earlier than 6:30pm and no later than 6:40pm as our ceremony will commence promptly at 6:45pm.

What is the dress code?

Formal attire suggested.

What if we travel far from Niagara on the Lake?

Answer

We're working on gathering some recommendations for our out-of-towner guests. Stay tuned!

Is there parking at the property?

Answer

Yes! There will be ample parking for guests as well as charge stations for electric vehicles. As we want all of our guests to travel safely and responsibly, Stratus has generously offered to allow guests to leave vehicles parked at the property overnight at no additional charge. Additionally, Uber is newly available to the Niagara region. This said, please be patient as pick up times are a little longer than typical :)

What if I don't drink wine?

Answer

Although our wedding is designed to be celebrated in a wine centric way, we will also have several signature cocktails, local beers, non alcoholic beverages and sparkling/flat water available for those who wish to enjoy alternative beverage options.

Is smoking permitted at the venue?

Answer

Stratus has a designated outdoor smoking area in which guests can oblige.

Will wine be available for purchase?

Answer

Indeed, yes! We rarely ever left Stratus empty handed and we hope you won't either. If you fall in a love with one (or several) of their wines, bottles will be available for purchase should you wish to enjoy at home :)
