If we have specifically addressed your invitation to you AND others, please bring them! If not, it's because we are trying to stay under the venue maximum, and we know there will be others there whose company you can enjoy! :)

You can feel free to book your own hotel if you choose, or look for AirBnB options. If you are planning to look for an AirBnB, we recommend looking in or east of Harrisonburg, as this will leave you closer to the venue.
We are not providing transportation; Uber/Lyft/other rideshare services operate in the area, and can be utilized for transportation. We recommend scheduling ahead of time, as the venue is about 25 minutes from Harrisonburg.
Yes, but we recommend carpooling if possible. There is ample parking, but the lot can fill up quickly.
Rivercrest is an indoor/outdoor venue. The ceremony will take place outdoors (pending weather), but the cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.
The venue is mostly accessible, aside from uneven ground and stairs to reach the second level of the barn. If you have mobility concerns, please notify us ASAP so that we can seat you on the first floor.
Acceptable cocktail formal attire can include long-sleeve dress shirts, slacks/khakis, ties (optional), dresses, and jumpsuits. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white or cream. Men, please no jeans or hats.
There are designated smoking areas at the venue, but we respectfully ask you to be aware of your surroundings. The venue is at a farm, and there are live farm animals nearby who could be impacted.
Ample food and beverage will be provided. Please no outside food or beverage, aside from water.
