Here's what to expect during our wedding weekend!
- Friday: Do your own thing this evening!
- Saturday Daytime: You are welcome to set up any activity you want or to relax how you want during the day! There are so many options in the area. Ace Adventure Resort is a great place to schedule any activity.
- Saturday Evening: Welcome Drinks & Bites at the Mountain Top Pavilion at Ace Adventure Resort Oak Hill, WV 25901 - 5-8pm (casual attire)
Directions to Mountain Top Pavilion:
Stay to the left when you enter Ace Adventure Resort and drive past the Aerial Park and up the hill. Stay to the left where the road forks (through the open purple gate) and head to the Mountain Top. Once you hit the top it's one way, the pavilion is on the left and we will have a designated parking area.
- Sunday Wedding at The Gaines Estate:
Ceremony @ 4:30pm
Cocktail Hour @ 5-6pm
Dinner @ 6-7:30pm
Dancing, Music, and Drinks @ 7:30-10pm
