The Austin Airport is an hour and a half drive into Fredericksburg. The San Antonio Airport is a little over an hour to drive to Fredericksburg. Both cities make it easy to rent a car and make the trip out! Also, a great spot for out of town family and friends to visit and see the lively Cities of Austin or San Antonio, if you are spending extra days here!
