We’re getting married!

We first crossed paths in middle school, but it wasn’t until high school that our story really began. After a football game, Matthew came over to Natalie’s house to hang out by the fire with a few mutual friends. A few hangouts later, we were already baking Christmas cookies with each other's families. Just a week after that, we made it official! <3 That first summer was full of everything young love should be: vacations, late nights, and countless dates. Then Natalie headed off to the University of Maryland, just an hour and a half away, but trust us, it felt a lot farther. We like to joke that those were our “long… or maybe medium-distance” years. Between late night calls and weekend visits, our relationship only grew stronger. But what has truly defined our journey is growing in faith together. Centering our relationship on Christ has strengthened our love and drawn us closer to Him and to each other. From knowing of each other in middle school, to high school football games and Christmas cookies, to long-distance years and now engagement, we’re so thankful for every step of this journey. We can’t wait to celebrate the start of forever with all of you!
