What Time Should I Arrive?

Please arrive by 430 PM. The ceremony will start at 445 PM.

Is There a Dress Code?

Answer

We ask you to dress up with us if you are able! Cocktail wear is requested. Attire could include sport coat, button down, slacks, cocktail dress and or jumpsuit. Please avoid jeans if possible.

When Is the 'RSVP' deadline?

Answer

Please 'RSVP' on our website by June 1st, 2025. You are welcome to ‘RSVP’ before this date! We need to finalize our guest list and food menu by this date.

Onsite Parking / Transportation?

Answer

Parking at the venue is going to be somewhat limited. For this reason, we suggest a parking garage, carpooling, or taking an uber. If the parking lot is full, there are more details on parking garages nearby the venue in the 'Accommodations' tab.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest" then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is There A Reserved Block Of Rooms At A Hotel?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at Hilton Garden Inn - Madison Downtown - under 'Haley Wedding'. Please book your stay by August 27th, 2025 to guarantee a room in our block. There will be a reduced rate given to our guests who stay at this hotel. The details of this hotel are located under the 'Accommodations' tab.

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please let us know or 'RSVP' "No" so we can plan accordingly.

The wedding will be completely indoors at the venue.

What Is For Dinner?

Answer

Dinner has not yet been finalized with the Harvey House because their menu changes and ingredients are seasonal. The dinner menu will be finalized in June . When you ' RSVP', please leave an email address, so the dinner details can be sent to you at a later date.
