What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Crescent Hill Acres between 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm EST to allow ample time for parking. Please also make sure to be seated for the ceremony by 3:45 pm as the ceremony starts at 4:00 pm

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at Crescent Hill Acres. The ceremony and reception all in the same spot so no need to move after.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony. Feel free to take pictures during the rest of the wedding!

Will there be vegetarian options?

Answer

Yes! We have options to try and meet everyone's dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate which meal you would like to have. Also meal options are. gluten free.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Unless specified on you RSVP the wedding will be a child free night for you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venues capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

What should wear to the wedding?

Answer

Formal attire or Black tie is requested. Please also keep in mind to avoid the colours on the back of the attire card as they are set aside for the wedding party.

When shoudl I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 1st 2026 on the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What do I do if I cant make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors as well as most of the pictures. Dinner and dancing will be held indoors with easy access to outside!

Can I wear white?

Answer

.....NO! But IF you do bridesmaids are armed with red wine at the ready and there is a pond on site!
