Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park, sign the guestbook and find a seat.
For dress options consider floral prints, light or bright colors in midi dress, tea length dress, flowing maxi dress, or even a jumpsuit. When it’s time to choose your footwear, consider the fact that you might have to walk on grass. Opt for shoes that offer stability, like block heels, flats, or wedges, instead of stilettos and skinny heels that will sink into the grass. Guys — there’s no need to wear a tuxedo or a dark grey or black suit like you would for a more formal wedding. Instead, choose lighter looks in fabrics like cotton and linen. Opt for softer colors in pastel hues or pale neutrals like light grey, tan, and light blue. A blazer with a button-down dress shirt and a pair of chinos or tailored dress pants is also acceptable.
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. For those of you that will be bringing children, please be sure to watch them closely.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once that ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you would like and feel free to share them with us!
Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
