FAQs

Question

Why a camping wedding?

Answer

Honestly, we didn't want to spend over $10,000 for a wedding and that was the starting rate for venues in our area. We would rather put that money towards our honeymoon. Family is important to both of us and we figured this way, our families could get to know each other better. We can spend quality time with our favorite people in the outdoors, avoid the stress of the city, and relax under the stars.

Question

Will there be bathrooms?

Answer

Yes! The campground has an "outhouse" that is very clean and some people will bring their campers.

Question

Do I need to buy a pass to camp?

Answer

No, Natalie and Joey have already booked to the campground from Sept 17th-23rd. This space can accommodate up to 150 people so there will be plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

Question

Why does it say "(no camping)" when I look up the campground?

Answer

We aren't sure. Our best guess is because this is a reservation only campground and not a free for all.

Question

Do I need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to reach the campsite?

Answer

No, the campsite is accessible for any vehicle.

Question

What should I bring if I'm planning to camp?

Answer

If you're planning to camp, you should bring the normal camping equipment (tent/camper, sleeping bag, camping chairs, flashlights/lanterns, bug spray, cooler, food, drinks etc.)

Question

Will I have cell service?

Answer

Nope (:

Question

Who can I contact if I need help with directions?

Answer

Before Sept 17th- Joey (602) 501-9027 Before Sept 19th- Mr. Carriedo (602)695-0930 After Sept 19th- Good luck! :) Once we get up there, we will put up some signs to help direct people but it's a very easy campground to find.
