All guest will be provided a menu with salad, intermezzo, and entrée options that will be ordered directly at the table at the reception! Gluten free, vegetarian, and allergen-free options available for all courses. Cescaphe will be provided with names of guests with an allergy and food preferences, and you are able to confirm/remind staff when you order. Unfortunately, we have limited availability for the rooms under our block at The Switch House. We have prioritized the availability of these rooms to our immediate family. Please do not call The Switch House looking to book rooms under our block
A trolley will arrive around 4:30pm to each hotel block (The Renaissance & The Element), to take guests to cocktail hour by 5pm. We will have a more specific time on trolley departures as we get closer. Your hotel will have this information, should you have any questions! The trolley will also begin loops back to hotel blocks, from the reception, beginning around 10pm and run through midnight to take guests back to their hotels at your convenience. Being in a city also means plenty of access to ubers, lyfts, and taxis For those who will be driving themselves, there is a parking lot at St. Augustines Church for the ceremony and complimentary valet parking at The Switch House for cocktail hour & the reception. Valet will still be available after hours for you to access your car even if you stay for the afterparty!
The ceremony will end by 3:15pm @ St. Augustine Church. Natalie, Joe, and the bridal party will be taking some photos at the Church and making their way back to The Switch House before cocktail hour. This is a great time to go check into your hotel rooms & utilize the trolleys from the hotels to take you to cocktail hour. Another option is to come to Switch House early! Stone & Web Lounge is in the Lobby of Switch House and will be open for guests prior to cocktail hour. For our city lovers, some spots close by to St Augustine's: - grab a cup of coffee @ Coffee Zeit (246 Race St, Philadelphia, PA 19106) - take a walk or drive down to Race Street Pier (N Christopher Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19106) - It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, walk over to Paddy's Pub (228 Race St, Philadelphia, PA 19106) - Yard Brewing Company (500 Spring Garden St, Philadelphia, PA 19123)
If parking a car at St. Augustine's, use this address: 250 N. 4th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 Please see the additional instructions we received below: You can park: in the lot right next to the church courtyard (off of 4th Street; All the parking spots are parallel to 4th street). You can park: in the lot on the Northwest corner of 4th and Vine (it says "Camitta Bros" on the wall). You can park: on the street - please follow all street sign directions. DO NOT PARK: in the lot on the Southwest corner of 4th and Vine (the corner lot is connected to the church lot, but parking spots are jumbled in all different directions).
