we’re getting married

Welcome to our love story, the adventure that brought us from colleagues to soon-to-be husband and wife! We first met while working on the same block, and what started as friendly chats over coffee breaks soon turned into something special. By the time we say “I do” we’ll have shared six amazing years together, filled with food & wine, travel and more stories than we can count. Our shared love of exploring the world has taken us to 25 cities, each with its own unforgettable memories (and the occasional disaster!). One of the most unforgettable moments came in Cape Town, where Jon pulled off the perfect proposal - not once, but twice. He had arranged a private picnic overlooking Camps Bay and the Twelve Apostles, an incredible setting, if you ignore our mutual fear of heights. There was just one small hiccup: Jon had the dates mixed up, and while we were off exploring Robben Island, the picnic company thought we’d been kidnapped! Thankfully, they managed to rebook, and the second time was pure perfection, the moment that began the next chapter of our journey together.
