When should I book my hotel?

Answer

NOW! All guests will receive a 15% Catering Discount on all room rates at the time of booking. Guests need to call the reservations department (do not go online), let the agent know that they will be attending the Deshotels Denando Wedding, and the agent will automatically apply the discount on the applicable rate for whichever room type they would like. Please note, as we get closer to the date, the likelihood that the rates will go up or a night minimum will be in place is VERY HIGH. The potential for the hotel to no longer honor the discount or be sold out is also a possibility. It has been suggested that our guests reserve their rooms as early as possible to lock in the best rate/room available. I have included the number for my reservations team below.
