We're Getting Married

Neither Jim nor Natalie was expecting to find true love in the middle of a pandemic. But life doesn’t have a schedule and things have a way of happening on their own. Jim and Natalie first met through a dating app called Hinge. They decided to meet for dinner at Seven Lamps, a bistro in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta. While it wasn’t love at first sight, mostly due to Jim’s “fish belt” and Natalie’s disdain of leftovers, they both saw there was something about the other that was worth pursuing. So they dated for three years, enduring the good, the bad, and the funny as they progressed towards something more serious. In late April 2023, Jim finally worked up the courage to ask Natalie’s parents for their blessing in marrying their daughter. Of course, they said yes! Fast forward to April 30th, 2023. Nervous as ever, Jim orchestrated a lunch date with Natalie at the place where it all started…Seven Lamps. After claiming he “left his phone in the car”, Jim retrieved the ring. Natalie said yes, and the rest is history.
