When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by January 1, 2026 We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Please let us know if you’ll be attending by submitting your RSVP no later than January 1st, 2026. Your response will help us plan the day with love and care. If you RSVP, but later are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:30 PM for cocktail hour in the foyer and to ensure you’re settled and ready as we begin promptly at 6:00 PM. We want to make sure everyone is there to enjoy the start of our celebration!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We’ve put together a list of nearby hotels for your convenience, ranging from budget-friendly to more luxurious options. All are within a short distance of Grand Occasions, making it easy to join us for the celebration! Please refer to the Travel & Hotel page via “Menu”. We recommend booking early to secure your stay!

There is ample free parking onsite at Grand Occasions, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot when you arrive!

Is there a dress code?

Dress Code: Traditional Cameroonian Attire We kindly ask our guests to wear traditional Cameroonian attire to help make this celebration even more special. Please represent your tribe with pride and bring your unique cultural heritage to life through your outfit! Whether it’s a Bakweri Kaba, Eton, Bayangi attire, Tassav, Ndop, Bamiléké, Fulani, Bassa, or Beti traditional dress—or any other traditional outfit from your region—we can’t wait to see the rich diversity and style you bring to the celebration. Feel free to get creative and express yourself in a way that honors your roots!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please note that this event is strictly invite-only due to limited capacity. If you have not been personally invited to bring a plus-one, we kindly ask that you attend solo unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with the bride and groom. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
