How should I RSVP?
Answer
RSVPs will open on August 30, 2026. To respond, simply visit the RSVP page on our website and let us know your plans. We kindly ask that you submit your response by October 4, 2026 so we can finalize our arrangements. If you know now that you won't be able to attend, please feel free to reach out to us directly—no need to wait for the RSVP portal to open.

What if I do not RSVP in time?
Answer
Our RSVP deadline is end of day October 4, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this time you will be marked as unable to attend, as we need to provide our vendors with a final headcount by this time. We truly hope to celebrate with you, and we appreciate your timely response!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We appreciate your thoughtfulness in asking! We've decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration, so we kindly ask that children not attend. We hope you understand, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We kindly request formal attire for our wedding celebration. Ladies are welcome to wear formal pantsuits, floor-length gowns, or elegant cocktail dresses, while gentlemen should opt for suits with ties. Out of respect for the bride, we ask that guests avoid wearing white, cream, champagne, or ivory.

What airport should I fly into?

You have three convenient airport options to choose from. Newport News/Williamsburg Airport (PHF) is the closest at approximately 25 miles from the venue, while Richmond Airport (RIC) is about 49 miles away, and Norfolk Airport (ORF) is approximately 51 miles away.

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you arrive at the venue by 2:40 pm to allow time for seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm, and doors will close at 2:55 pm.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during this special moment. Our professional photographers will capture every detail, allowing us to unplug and savor the experience together. That said, we encourage you to bring out your cameras during cocktail hour and the reception!

Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
Yes, we do! We've curated a wedding registry with select items and established a honeymoon fund as our primary gift option. You'll find all the details on our Registry page.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes, we'll be offering an open bar with complimentary drinks for all our guests throughout the celebration. While we want everyone to enjoy themselves, we kindly ask that you drink responsibly. Please note that shots will not be permitted at the venue.
