Blue Barn Cidery

This is next door to our wedding reception venue! If you want to go and grab a bite to eat, drink, or hang out in between the ceremony and reception then go for it. Currently the hours on Saturdays are 11:00am-10:30pm, but please check their website for the most up to date information.

We love going here for breakfast and breakfast after running our 5k races in the morning! Great breakfast sandwiches.

Blu Wolf Bistro

We had our first date here! Park Avenue (downtown Rochester) has a ton of great food options and a little local shopping. Really good breakfast bowls too!

Rochester Public Market

This is a really cool place in town. It's about 1.1 miles away from our hotel. We love going here and getting coffee, food and looking at the vendors! Sometimes there are Food Truck Rodeos that are quite fun! Good Luck

We LOVE this family-style restaurant, and it has great cocktails! We're actually having the rehearsal dinner next door at their venue. Good Luck was recognized by Esquire magazine as one of the top 18 Best Bars in America 2016!

Nosh

Our Florist just open a flower and coffee spot down town - it's so cute!

Petit Poutinerie

Love the same space where you can eat the best poutine in town. It's right by our florist (Stacy K Florals) and some of our favorite restaurants!

The Richmond

Mortalis Brewing Co. in Avon, Livingston County, purchased, renovated and relaunched The Richmond, a cocktail bar at 21 Richmond St. It serves Mortalis drafts and cans; new releases arrive at the bar on Thursdays, a day ahead of their release in Avon. The menu, run by Dough Boyz, centers on creative pizzas based on a sourdough crust that has been fermented for 72 hours. The legendary sweet and tangy wings from the building's previous incarnation as Richmond's are a best seller.

Village Gate Square

There are a few restaurants and shops inside of this building. Jake and Natalie love the Gate House, and Selenas is a good option for people who are craving some Mexican.

University Avenue

There's a few cool places to eat and drink on University Avenue. Few of our favorites are Revelry; where you can go for a fun cocktail, and Living Roots Wine & Co. (across the street).

Park Avenue

Park Avenue has a ton of great local shops, food, and more.

If you want to eat, drink, bowl and play some games then definitely check out Radio Social!

Nerdvana Rochester

The Texas-based restaurant Nerdvana opened its newest location at 50 Adventure Place, adjacent to the Strong National Museum of Play. Guests can play video and board games while they dine on a scratch-made lunch and dinner menu and enjoy craft cocktails and other adult beverages.
