After going to school together for over four years, we finally crossed paths in our sociology class during our Junior year of high school. Four months later, we had begun "dating" even though neither of us could legally drive. After many rides to school, baseball games, marching band competitions, and seemingly endless exams, we graduated together from Fluvanna in 2015. Unsure about our futures, we both started taking classes at our local Community College to gain our Associate's degrees. After about two years, we went our separate ways for the first time; Hunter went to JMU (James Madison University) while Natalie went to Longwood University. Being two hours apart was never easy, but we made it through and left with a stronger relationship. During our last winter break of college, we went to New York for a weekend, something we had always wanted to do. It was in Central Park at sunset that we took the next big step in our lives. We were engaged. Many hour long skype calls, endless phone conversations, encouraging texts, and trips back and forth later, we had both finished our time in college as Undergrads. We are now living together and are preparing to get married and start the rest of our lives together.
