Check out the observation tower at Lapham Peak and walk the trails. Natalie’s family loves bringing their dogs here for hikes!
Downtown Oconomowoc
There is no shortage of great restaurants, shops and bars in Oconomowoc! Some of our favorites downtown are Roots, Bella Gusto and Crafty Cow, followed by Mullen's for some ice cream. Take the mile and a half walk around Fowler lake. Plenty of benches and and beautiful houses to look at and soak up Wisconsin's lake life. There is a triathlon happening this weekend so parking may be limited. Stone Creek is our favorite coffee shop nearby!
Downtown Milwaukee
Some of our favorite places to visit are the Milwaukee Art Museum, the Milwaukee Public Market and Summerfest grounds. Germanfest is taking place this weekend! We love to try new coffee shops in the area. Our favorites are Discourse, Pilcrow and Colectivo on the lakefront!
