Chelsey

Maid of Honor

A Letter to My Maid of Honor About twelve years ago, I met someone who would change my life forever. Chelsey and I couldn’t have been more different. She was bright, bubbly, and full of kindness, and I was... a little more hardened by the world. But somehow, she broke through all that. Chelsey reminded me that there are still genuinely good people out there, people who love without conditions, who find laughter even in hard times, and who make life lighter just by being themselves. Since then, she’s seen me through it all. The good, the bad, and everything in between. We’ve shared enough memories to fill a lifetime, and honestly, enough hilarious moments to fill a book. (Which I fully plan to write one day: "The Dumb & Funny Things Chelsey Says") We’ve laughed until we cried, cried until we laughed, and somehow managed to almost get kidnapped together more than once..... because life with Chelsey comes with a side of chaos. But I wouldn’t trade a single moment of it. She’s my person! The one who’s been there through every storm and every celebration. And now, having her stand beside me as my Maid of Honor feels like the most natural thing in the world. Chelsey, thank you for being my light, my laughter, and my proof that real friendship exists. I love you more than words could ever say.

Estela

Bridesmaid

A Letter to My Best Friend (and Now, My Sister-in-Law) Some friendships are written in the stars and ours started when we were just 13 years old, two kids who had no idea how much life we’d live side by side. From the very beginning, we were inseparable; partners in crime, finding more than our fair share of trouble and laughter along the way. Through every wild adventure and teenage heartbreak, you were always the person I could count on. Whenever I found myself in trouble (which, let’s be honest, was fairly often), you were the one I leaned on. Somehow, life had even bigger plans for us, because you didn’t just stay my best friend, you became my family. Watching you marry my brother and officially become my sister-in-law was one of the easiest joys of my life. You were already my sister long before any paperwork made it official. Now, standing beside me as I start my next chapter, it feels like everything’s come full circle. You’ve been there through every phase of who I’ve been; the reckless teen, the growing adult, and now the person ready to say “I do.” Thank you for loving me, for never judging me, and for always being my safe place, even when the world felt heavy. I’m so lucky to have grown up with you, and even luckier to grow old with you as my sister.

Hillary

Bridesmaid

My Cousin I’ve known her since she was a baby, but as the years have passed, our relationship has grown into something so special. Even though we live in different states, every time we meet up it feels like no time has passed at all. We just pick up right where we left off, laughing, joking, and slipping right back into our rhythm. Our personalities balance each other perfectly, like yin and yang! I’ve always admired the way she brings such warmth, patience, and light into every space she’s in. She’s not just my cousin; she’s one of the most beautiful, smartest, and strongest women I know. Having you stand beside me on this day means the world to me. No matter how far apart we are, you've always felt like home.

Ivy

Bridesmaid

Ivy We met back in high school, but it didn’t take long for her to become more than just a friend. Before I knew it, she was part of my everyday life, living under the same roof with my family, joining us for church, and blending into our world so seamlessly that it felt like she had always been there. She wasn’t just a guest; she became family. Through the years, we’ve shared some of life’s hardest and most painful moments. Times that tested us, shaped us, and made our bond unbreakable. No matter what we were going through, we always found comfort in each other’s presence. Life has taken us down different paths, and though we’ve grown a little distant, that connection has never faded. She’s still someone I know I can call in an instant, no hesitation, no explanation needed; and she’d be there. Having her stand with me on this day means so much, because she’s been with me through every season of life, the laughter, the tears, and everything in between. Our friendship is one of those rare, lifelong bonds that nothing can change, and I’m endlessly grateful for it.

Abi & Siria

Bridesmaid

My Little Sister-in-Law and Her Little Sister These two beautiful girls bring so much joy into my life. From the moment I met them, their warmth, laughter, and kindness made me feel comfortable. Which has always been hard for me. They have a way of lighting up a room and filling hearts, especially mine, with happiness, even on the toughest days. Having them stand with me on my wedding day feels so special, because they’ve always been a reminder of the good, bright, and loving people in the world. Their energy, love, and laughter are contagious, and I’m so grateful to have them by my side to celebrate this chapter of my life.
