If taking Uber or Lyft where should driver drop off / pick up guests?

Answer

Instruct driver to take you to the parking lot of Harkness State Park. There will be an attendant directing guests to the outdoor amphitheater where the ceremony will take place. At the end of the event guests can be picked up at Eoila Mansion front entrance.

Question

Will there be assistance for those needing help from parking lot to outdoor amphitheater and mansion?

Answer

There will be a golf cart available to those needing assistance from parking lot to the amphitheater; from amphitheater to mansion; from mansion to parking lot.

What if the weather does not permit outdoor ceremony?

Answer

This won't happen...it will be a gorgeous day!! However, given the slim chance the ceremony will take place inside the mansion. An attendant will be in the parking lot directing guests to the ceremony location.
