What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm. The ceremony begins at 4:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is black-tie formal. Ladies wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses. Gentlemen wear tuxes with black neckties or bowties.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your wedding invitation is addressed to you "and Guest" you are allowed to bring a plus one. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for your entire party.

Can we bring our children?

Answer

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. Adults only, please! Only children of the immediate family :) thank you for understanding!

Where are the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception taking place?

Answer

All will be held within the Hilton Beachfront Resort. The ceremony will be held outside in the Plaza Del Sol. The cocktail hour will be then held on the beautiful Rotunda directly after the ceremony. From there the reception will take place in the Grand Ballroom & Foyer.

Where should I park?

Answer

The resort features ample onsite parking for free on the day of the wedding. Overnight parking will have fees. Electric vehicle charging is also available. You will find the onsite parking off of Calle Puerto Vallarta

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! Please indicate this on your RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. If it is close to the wedding date, please email our wedding planners, Nicole or Ashley, at nicole@dreamsindetail.com or ashley@dreamsindetail.com

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Yes! However, we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that all phones and devices be put away and on silent during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture one of the most important moments of our lives. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos or videos as you want. We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.
