What is the schedule?

Answer

The ceremony will be at St. Catherines church in Ringwood, NJ at 1:30pm. The cocktail hour & reception will be at Arrow Park in Monroe, NY from 5pm-10pm.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation when you RSVP.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We adore your kids, but we want you to enjoy a night off. Please join us for an adults- only celebration.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Black-Tie encouraged. This means guests have an option of wearing their most formal attire (evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead.

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle transportation will be provided. Guests will then be able to leave their cars at the hotel and enjoy an evening with cocktails without the worry of driving home. Shuttle times: Arriving to Arrow Park from hotel: TRIP 1: -4:00pm: Pick up at Hampton Inn -4:15pm: Depart Hampton Inn -4:30pm: Drop off at Arrow Park (you may arrive early before cocktail hour to explore mansion grounds) TRIP 2: -4:45pm: Depart Hampton Inn -5:00pm: Drop off at Arrow Park Departing Arrow Park to hotel: TRIP 1 (End of Reception) -10:00pm Pick up at Arrow Park -10:15pm Depart Arrow Park -10:30pm Drop off at Hampton Inn TRIP 2 (End of After Party) -11:45am Pick up at Arrow Park -12:00am Depart Arrow Park -12:15am Drop off at Hampton Inn

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we do not want any phones in our photos.

When and how do I RSVP?

Answer

To help us in our planning process, we ask that you kindly RSVP before June 30, 2026 through the Zola website under the RSVP tab once you receive your invitation. Your timely response will help us ensure a seamless and joyous celebration for everyone.

What if I do not RSVP on time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP before June 30th 2026, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Of course! We are thrilled to share that there will be an open bar throughout the entire event, including non-alcoholic mocktails and beverages, to ensure everyone has a delightful experience. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Where is the reception? Is it outdoors?

Answer

The reception will be located at Arrow Park, 1061 Orange Turnpike, Monroe, NY 10950. Cocktail hour is inside the mansion. The reception will be outdoors. If there is rain, it will be moved to inside. There will be 2 drivers with golf carts to help transport guests around the mansion grounds.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! There will be an optional after party following the reception with bonfires down by the lake on the mansion property from 10pm-12am.
