Where should we park for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Great question! There is a Kansas vs. Kentucky basketball game that evening at 6 p.m. so parking might be an issue. We recommend either grabbing a Lyft or Uber if you can, especially if you plan to drink. If you want to brave it there are metered spots behind the Livery and in the area which will be free on Saturday. The Barney Millers Lot is free after 4PM on Saturday (258 Water Street, Lex, KY, 40507). The Phoenix lot is free all weekend and is located off Water Street between Ayers Alley and Hernando Alley. The Chase Garage offers paid parking, (151 Esplanade, 40507). The KU Lot located behind the Livery is open and free all weekend. We have been asked to let you know that parking in front of Tony Anderson Studio next door is off limits at all times.

Yes! We are registered on Zola, as well as at Bed, Bath and Beyond.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We'd really appreciate it if you could RSVP by December 15th. That will give us time to adjust the party depending on who can make it.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We hope that the buffet will give you plenty of control. Please do let us know if you have a dangerous allergy so we can alert the caterer.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The music will start at 4:30, so you might want to arrive 15 minutes early. And because of that Kentucky game, you'll want to show up early, and take Main Street and not High Street into town coming down Richmond Road. If you come the other way, we would suggest taking Short Street. Anything to avoid right by Rupp Arena!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy themselves and know that weddings probably aren't the favorite pastime of little ones, so we've planned for adults only. That said, Baby is welcome.
