See Above, this is the best set of directions that are provided, since there is not an address. Follow the directions above, and when you get to the Clubhouse Road (Currently Lakeview Drive), Drive forward, you literally can't go any other way, When you feel like we are leading you to a "sketchy" field, keep going, you are almost there. If you get to the large metal barricades in the middle of the road, back up and look left. Oh yeah there will be signs too, so hopefully with all this help you can find us. Also for you Google Maps Savvy Humans - 38°56'56.7"N 90°33'25.2"W
Kids are welcomes to come to the wedding - Please keep in mind this is an outside event and you will be responsible to supervising your children. There is a Trampoline at the event and kids are more than welcome to use it, at their own risk and the risk of the parents.
Due to COVID-19 and the restrictions, we are following all CDC Guidelines, including how many people are able to attend the event. At this time a Plus 1 is not permitted unless they are listed on the RSVP Listing.
Whatever you want, We understand that this year has been hectic, and we have not been able to get out and show off our new clothing - So dress up if you feel like it. Or if you are comfortable in Jeans and Button Up - Do what makes you happy. We are just getting together - Nothing Fancy - Just Love.
Parking will be marked at the front of the house in the grassy areas before the trees and horseshoe pits. Please Follow the other lines of cars and if more room is needed, we are the last house and can use the field across the street.
The wedding will start at 2:30pm ish - Anytime after 2pm is fine, you will need to pick up your favors, and find your table numbers.
We are offering a Chili Bar and Campfire Chicken. Pie will be served instead of cake.
Since the Wedding and Reception are at the same location - the bridal party and immediate family will be taking photos around the property and we will return shortly to dance and sing the night away.
The "New Norm" hasn't been such a great thing this year. Its changed a lot of people's perspectives and a lot of wedding plans. We will be providing masks for anyone that wants to wear them, Please if you are going into the house make sure a mask is on. Hand Sanitizer will be placed around the property and everyone will have their own bottle to carry around. (Don't forget to pick up your favor bags) Gloves are going to be provided at the food tables please hand sanitize, put on the gloves and dispose them in the trash or recycle areas around the clubhouse. We want to keep everything safe, this includes the animals and their homes too. A Port-A-Potty will be onsite as well so there will less traffic inside of the house. Thank you for everyone being so flexible with the new world.
Yep you sure do. And it runs 24/7 so no need to worry about packing up and leaving early to catch a boat. For our people from the MO side, the Golden Eagle Ferry does shut down, but you can still take the Brussels Ferry to Alton IL and get back home safely.
You want to stay the night, bring your tent and set up in the field, the more the merrier. :)
We are providing Beer, Some samplings of Wine, Water, Lemonade and Tea. We will not be providing Hard Alcohol or Soda at the event, If you would like either, please feel free to pack a mini cooler. We will be serving a Signature Drink "Apple Pie".
