This event will be a casual gathering (think sundresses, rompers, button-downs, nice jeans, or khakis). Due to the varied walking surfaces in the outdoor areas, we recommend avoiding high heels. Flats, platforms, or short chunky heels are a better choice.
We'd love for all guests to join us at our welcome party as we hope to spend as much time as we can with our favorite people! It’ll be a casual and fun opportunity for friends and family to meet, enjoy some light bites, a self-serve bar, games, and mingle before the main event! We recommend carpooling, or taking a ride share as most of the parking is limited street parking.

Wedding Shuttle Bus

To make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, we’ve arranged a shuttle service to take you to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle will depart from the Courtyard Marriott Rancho Bernardo and return at the end of the evening. We kindly encourage all guests to take advantage of the shuttle to ensure a safe, stress-free, and fun celebration for everyone. Please indicate if you plan to use the shuttle so we can plan accordingly.

The dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire. If you’re feeling inspired, feel free to add a touch of Western style or Old California Rancho flair—but it’s completely optional! For women: knee-length or longer dresses, jumpsuits, or long skirts. For men: suits or sport coats, dress pants, dark wash denim or khakis, and neck tie. Dress up, be comfortable, and most of all—have fun with it!
Our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the beautiful Rancho Guejito Vineyard. Each part of the celebration will be hosted in a different area of the property—all within walking distance of each other. For guests who prefer assistance, golf cart transportation will be available throughout the evening. The venue offers ample parking, including the option to leave vehicles overnight if needed. Additionally, a shuttle service will run between the Courtyard Marriott Rancho Bernardo and Rancho Guejito Vineyard for your convenience. We’re so excited to celebrate with all of you and can’t wait for the big day!
