I recommend taking a Uber or cab if you're staying in the city.
Street parking is available and most streets in the immediate area do not have any restrictions (though Mascher Street in front of the space is 1-hour parking until 4 PM).
There is also a small parking garage located on 1498 North Mascher Street Philadelphia, PA 19122.
