What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

We will be providing shuttle service from Naples Bay and Marina, Bayfront Inn and Holiday Inn Downtown Naples to and from the venue. Holiday Inn Downtown Naples Pick Up: 2:45pm-3:00pm Bayfront Inn Pick Up: 3:10pm -3:20pm Naples Bay Resort Pick Up: 3:15pm -3:30pm For guests with cars, there is ample parking at the venue. Be sure to access the front gate of the venue off of Immokalee Rd.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

April in Naples sees temperate highs ranging from low to mid 80's. It is a hot, humid, sunny, tropical climate. Please note that all of the events will take place outdoors.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes. The Bayfront Inn, Naples Bay Resort & Marina, and Holiday Inn Downtown. More information can be found in the Travel Section of this website. If you would like other hotel suggestions, some of our favorites include The Inn on Fifth, AC Hotel, Hyatt House.

We love your children, but due to restrictions, this is an adults-only event.

What's the best airport to use?

Answer

Fort Myers International Airport (RSW) is the closest airport. The hotel will be easily accessible from RSW via ride share or rental car.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

Light bites at the cocktail reception, entrees at dinner (Sea Bass, Chicken & Vegetarian), dessert, and late night bites.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Absolutely. Please note any dietary restrictions on your RSVP submission and the venue will accommodate.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the Welcome Drinks event, Wedding cocktail hour and the reception. For the beach day, we recommend bringing your choice of drinks and snacks.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can find our complete wedding registry here on our website (and purchase directly from our wish list) under the "Registry" tab. Alternatively, you can have a gift delivered to our home at 12 E 86th St, Apt 1439, New York, NY 10028. A wedding card box will also be at our reception.

Is there anything I should bring as a guest?

Answer

We'll be providing hand fans and ice water to mitigate the heat during our outdoor ceremony, but we do suggest that guests bring a pair of sunglasses.
