What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue between 3:00 and 3:15 PM. Upon arrival, please check in at the Welcome Center, where you can check in and confirm your party's arrival. While our ceremony begins at 3:30 PM, please be aware that the previous wedding is scheduled from 1:30 PM to 3 PM, so there may be some residual activity as the venue transitions.

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, and it’s free! Parking for Chapel Dulcinea is conveniently located with a primary lot that can accommodate around 20 vehicles. Should the main lot reach capacity, guests can easily use the overflow parking area or the adjacent Tuscan Hall parking lot. We recommend carpooling to help manage parking availability. When you turn onto Crystal Hills Drive, follow signs for Wizard Academy and park in the main lot. Check in at the Welcome Center. This will give you plenty of time to park, check in, and find your seat before the ceremony begins. Please note that vehicles cannot access the Chapel directly. Guests should be prepared for a scenic 200-yard walk along an outdoor trail from the parking area to reach the ceremony venue.

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is comfortable wedding attire. We recommend dressing appropriately for an outdoor chapel setting, keeping in mind there's a 200-yard walk from the parking area. Please check the local weather forecast and dress accordingly to ensure your comfort throughout the event.

What’s the plan following the ceremony?

We invite everyone to join us after the ceremony at Cosmic Pickle from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. This laid-back reception offers a relaxed environment where guests can unwind, catch up, and enjoy delicious food from local food trucks. Each guest can order individually and settle their own check, creating a casual and comfortable dining experience.

What happens if it rains?

In the event of inclement weather, the chapel does not provide an alternative location. However, it is a covered venue to ensure your comfort. We'll closely monitor the forecast and keep you informed of any updates. Rest assured, our celebration will continue rain or shine—and we recommend packing an umbrella, just in case.

Yes, children are welcome at our wedding celebration. We kindly request that parents supervise their little ones to ensure the ceremony remains smooth and enjoyable for all guests.
