Cocktail attire is requested. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit or sport coat with dress pants, while ladies may choose a cocktail dress, midi dress, dressy jumpsuit, or similar attire.
If a plus-one has been reserved for you, it will be indicated on your invitation and RSVP. Due to venue capacity, we can accommodate only the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!
Our ceremony will take place in a church, and we respectfully ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the service. Thank you for helping us maintain the sacredness of this special moment.
Yes! Parking is available at both the ceremony and reception venues. Auburn United Methodist Church has parking available in two large lots. The main lot, located at 137 South Gay Street, offers access to the Sanctuary, Epworth Center, and church office. The Good News Center lot, located at 302 Magnolia Avenue, provides convenient access to the front of the Sanctuary, the Chapel, the Preschool entrance, and the Good News Center. Handicapped parking is available in the small preschool lot adjacent to the Sanctuary on Magnolia Avenue. Additional parking is available in the Auburn Bank parking lot across Magnolia Avenue from the Sanctuary. Parking at the Auburn University Club is more limited. For parking convenience and safe travel, we encourage guests to carpool and designate a driver when possible. Thank you for helping us make the evening enjoyable for everyone!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. Because parking in downtown Auburn can be unpredictable, we recommend arriving 30–40 minutes early to allow plenty of time to find parking, make your way to the Sanctuary, find your seat, and get settled before the ceremony begins.
