Our wedding dress code is cocktail attire. For those wearing dresses, tea length or longer is appropriate. For those in suiting, jackets are expected, ties optional. All suiting fabrics and colors allowed. Dresses please avoid creams and whites. Those in our bridal parties wearing dresses will be in variations of green and deep reds, but please wear whatever color you prefer (just not white/cream)!
Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel blocks. We have a total of 30 rooms blocked at a selection of local hotels in close proximity to one another. If all rooms are filled we are able to additional rooms as needed.

Yes! We have shuttles booked to and from the venue based at the TownePlace Suites in Harmarville. It is HIGHLY encouraged guests utilize the shuttles. The roads near the venue are windy and can be dangerous to drive at night. If you plan to drink please plan to utilize the shuttles provided or have a designated driver available, as Ubers are not accessible from the venue. Ubers will be more accessible from the hotels.
We understand that it can be hard to plan ahead, but please RSVP by mid-July 2026 as we need to give our vendors accurate headcounts.
To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your formal invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!
We respectfully request no young children (under 13), enjoy a night without your youngsters! Your formal invitation will indicate all invited guests.
Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
