What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM—our ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, and shuttles will start running around 3:20 PM to bring guests to the ceremony site.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, because of venue capacity and seating, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation, so no plus ones are allowed. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’re keeping our celebration adults-only and can only accommodate children who are specifically named on the invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking directly outside of the resort entrance.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are in the process of coordinating shuttle services to and from Mount Shasta Resort and the Best Western Plus Tree Lodge for both our Summit Soiree and Wedding day.
