There is a short grass path to the ceremony site - please plan footwear accordingly! The ceremony will be held outside rain or shine! Shuttles will be provided for guests staying locally at the Featherbed Inn, The White Horse Lodge, Tucker Hill Inn, The Yellow Farmhouse Inn and Sugarbush Resort. Guests staying in VRBO and Air BnB properties we ask that you join the shuttle at Sugarbush Resort in the main parking lot as there is limited parking at the local inns and they cannot accommodate increased car traffic. Bus Schedule: (Please be prompt as the shuttle bus will be making two separate trips to accommodate the various lodging) Yellow Farmhouse- 2:10 pm Sugarbush Resort- 2:30 pm Featherbed Inn- 2:45 pm DROP OFF AT LAREAU FARM INN- 2:50 pm Tucker Hill Inn- 3:05 pm White Horse Lodge- 3:10 pm DROP OFF AT LAREAU FARM INN - 3:25 pm If driving, please park in the grass lot in front of the red barn. Parking is prohibited in the American Flatbread Restaurant parking lot.
Cocktail Hour and Reception

The floor of the pavilion is concrete - please plan footwear accordingly! September nights in Vermont can be chilly so be sure to bring a sweater. :) 4:30-5:30pm | Cocktail Hour & Photos 5:30-10:00pm | Toasts, Dinner, & Dancing The reception will be held at the same location as the ceremony! Buses will leave on the hour starting at 10pm. Last bus departs Lareau Farm at 12am! After Party (Let's Party S'more!)

We recommend bringing a change of warm and comfy clothes for the after party. This will be a very casual (and most likely chilly!) scene. Join us for an after-party bonfire! We will make smores, sing along by the fire (please bring your instruments and your party pants!), and bask in the moonlight! We have arranged to have a shuttle return guests to the Featherbed Inn, The White Horse Inn, Tucker Hill Inn, Sugarbush Resort, and The Yellow Farmhouse Inn. Buses will leave on the hour starting at 10pm. Last bus departs Lareau Farm at 12am!
