The Mangalorean Roce ceremony is a traditional pre-wedding ritual, usually held 1-2 days before the wedding, where coconut milk (roce), oil, and sometimes perfume are applied to the bride/groom to symbolize purification, blessings, and their final, formal transition into married life. It involves prayers, singing traditional songs, and applying the mixture to the head as a form of blessing.

Semi-formal/Mountain chic wedding attire: Put on your comfiest suit, some linen pants, a beautiful sundress, a bolo tie- whatever puts you in the mood for the fall mountain scenery and makes you feel confident!
