We recommend that guests arrive by 3:30pm, allowing plenty of time to be seated before our ceremony begins at 4:00pm.

Semi-formal attire is perfect for our wedding. Think dressy and polished, but not overly formal—something you'd wear to a nice restaurant or church.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of a few children from our immediate family. We hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy the evening with us.
Due to venue capacity constraints, we can only welcome guests specifically listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes your name along with a plus-one option, you are welcome to bring a guest.
We've entrusted a talented photographer to beautifully document every precious moment of our ceremony. To help us create a seamless and intimate experience, we kindly ask that guests remain present and enjoy the celebration, setting aside their phones during this special time.
Yes, complimentary parking is available in the gravel lot directly at our wedding venue for all guests. If the gravel lot reaches capacity, guests may park alongside the road.
You're welcome to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight, with the understanding that it must be retrieved by 9am the following morning.
Yes! We’ll be providing dinner and drinks. BBQ favorites will be served, including pulled pork, smoked chicken, and traditional sides. Beer, wine, soda, and water will be available.
We welcome cards and gifts at our reception, where a dedicated table will be set aside for your thoughtful contributions. Thank you!
