Our Story

The start of the rest of our story begins in highschool! We had our first date at the ice rink on Nov 26 2016. Adam asked me to be his GF on January 5 2017! The 1st year we were together, he got me a # of roses to correlate with the # of months we had been together. We still celebrate every 5th of the month (& count by months!) This is where our winter date on the 5th of the month comes from for our choice in wedding day! We will be celebrating 9 years & 11 months (119 months😉) together on our wedding day. We have grown up together & would not have it any other way. In Oct 2024 we moved into our "redneck singlewide" that we were fortunate enough to complete with the help of our family. Just like the song goes, "love grows best in little houses," we have truly continued to grow in our patience, love, and partnership. We are so excited to begin this next chapter and feel so lucky to share this moment with the people we love most! Click on the photos to read more on their meaning!

2014! Our first "date" was Adam's 8th grade dance. I was 12, about to turn 13, and he had just turned 14. He had just injured his ankle at baseball practice so had crutches on standby.

Also 2014, a date to Rio Grande after one of his baseball games!

When we started dating, He got me roses to correlate with the number of months we were together for the first year. This is month 1! I kept these roses & they will be used as petals for the aisle.

This was my 16th Birthday! He had gotten me a necklace from Zales. Little did we know that Zales would become our jewelry store he later got me a bracelet and earrings from.. and eventually, my ring!
