Accomodations
Check out recommended accommodations and other information at the link below (make sure you scroll down to see the options!). If you stay in any of the listed hotels and cabins, our shuttle service will be able to pick you up from your accommodation and bring you to and from the venue. If you choose to stay somewhere else, you can still use the shuttle service by meeting in the shuttle service parking lot or at one of the included locations. It is a tricky drive up and down the mountain to the venue, so we highly encourage everyone to use the shuttle service. There will be parking available at the shuttle service parking lot. We scoped out the hotels, and while they all look to be good choices, we really like the Courtyard Marriott (Pigeon Forge)!
Flight
McGhee Tyson Airport: Knoxville
We recommend flying into Knoxville if you will be travelling by air. It is about 45 minutes from the venue, so we would recommend renting a car or carpooling with friends and family.
