November in the Dominican Republic is typically warm and tropical, with daytime temperatures in the low-to-mid 80s°F (around 28°C). Evenings are comfortable, and there’s usually low humidity.
We completely understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our plans accordingly. Please note that the last day to book rooms with the room block, is July 28, 2026, with June 16th being the last day to cancel with no penalty.
We absolutely adore your little ones, but all wedding events will be adults-only. We hope this gives everyone the opportunity to fully unwind and enjoy a weekend away! If you're traveling with children, Casa de Campo offers trusted nanny services through their resort concierge to assist with care.
Please note that Casa de Campo is a resort-wide property. While most things can be billed to your room, U.S. dollars are widely accepted at Casa de Campo, and credit cards are accepted almost everywhere. However, cash is useful for tipping and for any backup situations. If you do need to exchange currency, Casa de Campo offers the best exchange rates- better than what you’ll find at the airport or exchange kiosks. The local currency is the Dominican Peso (DOP) and it is recommended to have a few pesos with you at all times.
No, in order to attend the wedding events you must stay at Casa de Campo Resort, unless you are a current resident of the Dominican Republic, which requires proof of residency. Casa de Campo is a private resort and will not allow outside visitors to enter.
Once you’ve booked your flight, we highly recommend arranging private transportation to Casa de Campo in advance. For your convenience, airport transfers will automatically be added to your reservation. No action is needed unless you prefer to opt out. Andrea at Barefoot Bridal will handle all the coordination. Simply reach out to her at groups@barefootbridal.com or click the link below to get started. If you do not want transfers included, please email Andrea to decline. Please note: For safety reasons, local taxis are not recommended. Additionally, we do not advise that guests use other means of transportation given Casa de Campo's strict security. Bare Foot Bridal's transport company will permit easy entry into the resort. Transfer costs from Punta Cana Airport are: $145 per person Round Trip when traveling with others and $285 per person Round Trip if traveling solo. Andrea is happy to request and provide transfer rates for Santo Domingo on a case by case scenario, as most guests typically fly into Punta Cana. As the trip gets closer, Barefoot Bridal will follow up to collect your flight details and finalize your transfer, so you can just focus on what to pack!
