What time should I arrive to the ceremony ?

The ceremony will begin at 12:30pm. Please aim to arrive at the church for 12pm

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire. Please avoid wearing colours traditionally reserved for the bride. This includes white, ivory, cream and other shades of white.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited spaces, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 28th, 2025 as stated on your invitations. If you do not RSVP by that time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Pictures during the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will be ‘unplugged’. This means NO phones/devices. We ask that all our guests follow this. Our hired professionals will be taking photos during the entire ceremony and we would like to avoid any phones/devices in the background. After the ceremony, please take as many photos as you would like!

Do you have a registry /can I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is enough and a gift is not necessary. We are asking that if you would like to gift us with anything, we would love contribution to our honeymoon funds. You can contribute to our honeymoon fund on this website.

How does the seating work ?

Answer

Our ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please. However there will be multiple rows in the front labelled ‘RESERVED’ that will be reserved for immediate family only. For our reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know.

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking is limited at the church. However, Wembury Beach car park is 2 mins walk. There is ample parking on site at Shilstone House.
