We are asking that guests please RSVP as soon as possible and no later than September 15th, 2021. We completely understand if you cannot make the trip to Costa Rica, but we ask if you can please let us know if you cannot attend as soon as possible, as we are planning to invite more loved ones if people initially invited cannot attend.
We recommend to book as soon as possible. January, February and March are high season months for tourism in Costa Rica, so places can book up pretty fast. If you want to stay close to the venue we recommend booking sooner than later. Please see the flights and hotels section of this webpage for ideas. There are many options on booking.com and airbnb
Citizens from Canada and US do not need a special visa, you just need to have a valid passport.
We know that for many of our guests this could sound like a destination wedding, but we want our family and friends to experience a true Costa Rican wedding, with the traditions, music and food. There are resorts close by but the wedding is not in one of them. Costa Rican traditions include a mariachi band the night before the wedding, a pin-the-cash-on-the-newlyweds dance and a late night surprise.
