Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free at the venue. If there is not event at the baseball stadium, then there will be additional parking available. Try to car pool or stay close to the Weir - Jordan house so you can walk to the wedding.

What happens if I cannot RSVP?

Answer

Please contact the bride or groom if you cannot find your name. We have to make sure you are included in the final count.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at the Weir - Jordan house.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Between the end of the ceremony and the beginning of the reception you will enjoy a cocktail hour. During this time the bride and groom will have their pictures taken.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony (which is at 4:00 pm), to make sure everyone is on time and that we can get the party started as scheduled!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Of course!! we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels; our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #lukasandnatalia so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Of course! They will be part of our wedding. Please RSVP for them. If you can’t find their name(s) please let us know as soon as possible.
