FAQs

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than January 20th. After that date the RSVP portal will no longer be available.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes! All kids are welcome during the reception. However, we kindly ask that children under 5 be dropped off at a designated spot by the chapel for the duration of the 20 minute ceremony. A family member of the groom has very graciously volunteered to watch them during that time.

Question

What time do I have to be there? / What time does the wedding start?

Answer

Doors to the chapel will open at 3 and will close when the ceremony begins at 3:30. If not inside the chapel by then you will be asked to wait outside until the ceremony is over. Seating is unassigned in the pews. Please drop off any children under 5 at the designated area by the gazebo.

Question

What's the parking situation?

Answer

There is free and ample parking at the front of the property.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi- formal! Please note that both the ceremony and reception will be held in doors with AC that works very well so it might be a good idea to bring a light jacket for the men or shawl for the ladies. Jewel tones and deeper hues are recommended for more cohesive photos. We kindly ask that no one wears super light pastels or neon colors. Thank you!

Question

Are cellphones allowed?

Answer

We kindly ask that all cellphones be turned off for the short ceremony so as to not have them be a potential interruption.

Question

Is it okay to post photos on social media?

Answer

Sure! Please tag us :)

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a range of beer, wine, and cocktails.

Question

Where's a good place to stay if I'm coming in from out of town?

Answer

Please see the "Travel" tab on this website to view a list of hotels that have been recommended to us and are close to the venue as well as the "Things To Do" tab for local activities.
