When and Where is the Wedding?

Our wedding will take place on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at Ocotillo Golf Club. Ceremony and Reception details will be on the “Schedule” Page.

Where can I park apon arrival?
Answer
On-site Parking will be avalible to all guests at Ocotillo Golf Club (no over-night parking).

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Although the ceremony starts at 5:00pm, we recommend that guests arrive at least 15 minutes early before the official ceremony start time so you can get settled, enjoy refreshments and musics before the proceedings.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?
Answer
We can’t wait to celebrate with all our family and friends—and we’d love for everyone to dress up for the occasion! Our dress code is formal/semi-formal attire + timeless in black and white. For the ladies, we kindly ask that you wear black—whether it’s a floor-length gown, an elegant cocktail dress, or formal evening separates. For the gentlemen, classic black and white attire is encouraged! Think red carpet chic—all black everything for the ladies, classic black & white for the gents!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and our photographer will be able to capture the best pictures which we can all share with you! Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures you’d like and dont forget to share them with us :)

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on you wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when RSVP. Thankyou for understanding.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes of course! Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited!

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by 01/01/25 by clicking the rsvp link. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume you are unable t attend.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We’re so excited to celebrate with you and host a memorable evening filled with dinner and sweet moments! Sip on welcome champagne and apple cider during the ceremony. All non-alcoholic beverages will also be served. While the memories will be priceless, the drinks won’t be—there will be a cash bar available during the reception, so don’t forget to bring cash or a credit card to take advantage of the bar service.

Is this an indoor or an outdoor event?
Answer
The best of both worlds! Our ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. We recommend bringing a formal jacket or shawl—just in case the weather decides to surprise us!
