BY CAR: Take I-495 to County Rd 58/Old Country Rd in Calverton. Take exit 73. Continue onto County Rd 58. At traffic circle, take 2nd exit onto Old Country Road. Continue straight onto NY-25 E/Main Rd. Turn left onto Manor Lane. Jamesport Manor will be on right.
BY TRAIN: Take LIRR to Riverhead. Jamesport Manor is a 15 minute drive away. Taxi service available at the station.
