We recommend booking through SunCoast Travel Agency so all wedding guests are linked under the same group reservation. This ensures access to group perks and event coordination. SunCoast Travel will match any rate or promotion you find directly through MSC for any package

Definitely! SunCoast Travel will do their best to place your cabin near family, friends, or in your preferred location on the ship. Just mention your request when booking, and they’ll work to accommodate it based on availability.

Fill out the Google Form under "Cruise Booking Link". Once this form is completed, SunCoast travel will reach out to you with full booking/secured payment link. Please contact SunCoast Travel via phone or email to answer any questions. They will guide you through selecting your cabin type, securing the best rate, and setting up a payment plan if needed.

Answer

Yes — a valid passport is required for all guests, as the cruise will visit international ports. Make sure your passport does not expire within 6 months after our return date. If you need a passport expedited you can reach out to The Passport Station for a special wedding rate!

Yes — to guarantee your spot in our group and the best pricing, please book and full payment is due 90 days prior to sailing. After this date, availability and pricing are subject to change.

Yes! MSC offers special discounts for healthcare professionals, teachers, and first responders as a thank-you for their service. Let SunCoast Travel know if you qualify, and they will apply the discount to your booking

Yes! MSC offers a Status Match Program for guests who have loyalty status with other cruise lines, hotels, or even certain travel programs. This can give you extra perks and benefits on your sailing. Be sure to mention your status to SunCoast Travel when booking so they can assist with the match.

To be included in all of special wedding events- such as spa access, exclusive dinning experiences, and even priority boarding and disembarkation- were highly recommending that you book a minimum of the Aurea class!
