When should I RSVP by?

Please make sure to RSVP by March 3rd, 2026 so we can plan accordingly (catering and cake wait for no one!).

Is there a dress code?

We can’t wait to celebrate with you at our spring-inspired wedding! Please join us in semi-formal / cocktail attire — think floral prints, soft colors, light fabrics, and a touch of festive flair. To keep the vibe cohesive, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing blue jeans, solid red, or solid black. Let your outfit reflect the joyful, colorful spirit of the season — we’re excited to see you looking and feeling your best!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We want everyone to enjoy the meal safely—please let us know any allergies or dietary needs when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Can I bring a date?

As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, our guest list is very limited. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be noted—otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo. We truly appreciate your understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For those traveling from out of town, there are several hotel options within 15–30 minutes of the venue, mostly located in Winston-Salem, NC. Here are a few nearby recommendations: Hampton Inn & Suites Winston-Salem / University Area DoubleTree by Hilton Winston-Salem University Graylyn Estate (for a boutique-style stay) Days Inn by Wyndham Winston-Salem North (budget-friendly) We suggest booking early, as availability may be limited. Are kids welcome?

We know many of our guests are parents, and we want you to be able to relax and fully enjoy the evening with us! Please note that our reception will include adult humor, music, and moments that may not be kid-friendly. If you’re bringing little ones to the area, Will’s mom has kindly offered to help watch the kiddos — or assist in coordinating other child care arrangements. Feel free to reach out if you'd like help setting something up. We’re happy to support however we can!

We’ll be celebrating with an open bar featuring a curated selection of beverages for everyone to enjoy!
