We met at Orange Hill Restaurant. Aaron was already working there for 2 years as one of the valet guys, and I was hired in June 2011 as a hostess. I was the new girl that moved from Temecula to a new area. I was so excited to start the next chapter of my life. Little did I know, I was going to meet the love of my life at my first job. At the beginning of every shift, someone from the valet stand would come to check in with the host stand to check out the numbers for the night. It was one of my first nights working, and Aaron came up to the stand with the biggest smile and introduced himself. His smile, oh my gosh, just gave me so many butterflies in my stomach. For whatever reason, I knew that I needed him in my life. ♥️

We spend every Christmas Day with my family in the morning and with his family in the afternoon. When we are at my mom's house, we are always in our pajamas. So of course we needed to stop at home to change before we drive for an hour to his parent's house. Aaron was loading up the car with all of the presents we were bringing over, and I was waiting in the living room scrolling through Instagram. When he came back inside, I got up to get ready to go. He asked me if I was ready for my bonus round for Christmas. I was confused because I always thought that going to his parent's was my bonus round. But in the middle of our living room, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! I, of course, started to ugly cry and said YES! We are so excited to start the next chapter in our lives with you!
