We met at Savannah State University in 2019 while taking the same classes. It didn’t take long before we started dating and spending all of our time together. From that point on, we knew we had something special. Over the years, we've grown together and built a life filled with love, laughter, and shared adventures. We love spending our weekends going to sporting events, trying new restaurants, or binge watching reality TV. Our greatest adventure began in May 2025 when we welcomed our daughter, Grace Isabella. Becoming parents strengthened our bond in the most incredible way and showed us just how much love we could share as a family. Now we're excited to celebrate the next chapter of our story with the people who mean the most to us.

The proposal was a complete surprise. I told Tai we were taking a trip to Savannah for a friend’s promotion party. The day we were supposed to leave for Savannah, Tai wasn’t feeling well and even told me to go without her. Thankfully I convinced her otherwise. When we arrived at the beach, she kept asking where the party was located and where everyone was at. Instead we walked up to a beautiful tent and picnic setup with a “Will You Marry Me?” sign waiting for us while Jagged Edge "Lets Get Married" played. Even more special the beach is where we had our very first date, so it was the perfect recreation of where our story began.
