Why, hello there.

As with most things in our life, our relationship has been a unique adventure. We met online and started with a friendship, a mutual understanding that neither of us wanted anything serious. Samantha was a single mother of two gingers that was dying for adult conversations, Shawn was living it up as a bachelor either working or gaming. We took things slow and let everything evolve naturally. Soon we were making advanced plans of going to concerts (Weezer, Metellica*, Breaking Benjamin, Foreigner...) and joking how they would have to hang out until the next concert. Shawn met Sean and Maggie and soon found a new passion, getting to be a kid again! He hooked Sean into video games and Maggie into Avenger battles. 2020 hit, we took our first Adultcation. A trip with just the two of us. First to see if we could handle the stress of travel together, & Shawn having 10 days away from his beloved Xbox. We got home just in time for the pandemic. Shawn took the plunge and moved into the chaos. We bought Charlie Boy, and eventually our home. Our life was not chaotic enough, so we added Brodie Beans to the mix. Then the final nail into domestic life—Katie. *after Metellica, Shawn realized that Samantha was cool enough to actual label themselves as a couple.
